Bachelor's in Visual Design, Master's in Interaction Design. As much a researcher as a designer: a T-shaped profile with breadth across STEM domains and depth in visual information, interaction, and systems. Trilingual, with operating experience across Colombia, France, Canada, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

He's built multiple successful design organizations and is equally capable operating as a solo designer when that's what the work calls for. His engagements have cut design operating costs by roughly 50% while maintaining output, and driven 20–30% gains in team efficiency — outcomes measured the same way a business tracks any other operating function.

He applies the same systems-thinking discipline to leadership that he applies to design: consistency, coaching, and long-term capability building over short-term output.
